My name is Nicole Terrien and I am a divinely guided spiritual practitioner bridging the seen and unseen realms to facilitate deep healing, transformation, and awakening.
With a sacred blend of mediumship, herbal wisdom, quantum energy healing, Reiki, shamanic and pagan traditions, I support souls in releasing blockages, reclaiming their power, and aligning with their highest path.
My practices include herbalism by way of harnessing the vibrational medicine of plants for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being and Quantum Healing which entails working with energy fields to shift limiting patterns and activate multidimensional healing. In addition, I offer Reiki Sessions which utilizes the universal life force energy to restore and balance your main chakra energy centers. Shamanic journeys, soul retrievals, ancestral healing, and spirit-led guidance through ancient wisdom traditions are a few of the shamanic practices I have been trained to offer.
Whether through one-on-one sessions, sacred ceremonies, or spiritual education, my goal is to empower you with the tools, clarity, and energetic support needed to thrive on your soul’s journey.

Hello, my name is Brett Terrien AKA The Messy Shaman.
You might wonder, what exactly is a Shaman? A Shaman is a spiritual practitioner who serves as a bridge between the physical world and the spiritual realm. Their work includes spiritual healing, journeying, spirit communication, rituals, ceremonies, protection, and guidance—helping others find balance, clarity, and deeper connection.
Being sensitive and deeply empathic since childhood, I felt called to follow the shamanic path and embrace the role of a light worker in many forms. Through my training in Usui Reiki—now as a Reiki Master—and my completion of Golden Light Healing’s Four Winds Shamanic Program, I channel universal energy to clear chakras, promote healthier energy flow, and release stagnant or negative energies. I also assist in retrieving lost soul pieces, understanding soul contracts, discovering power animals, connecting with spirit guides, and supporting loved ones in their transition to the other side through soul release.
Co-owning Runic Apothecary with my wife, Nicole, has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. Together, we are dedicated to cultivating community, healing, and connection through love and light. Our goal is to bring people from all walks of life together, encouraging them to explore and embrace their own spiritual paths.
Before shifting into shamanic and energy work full-time, I built a long-standing career as a tattoo artist and body piercer, operating a successful studio where I refined my craft and supported thousands of clients. Over the years, I felt a growing pull toward deeper spiritual work—one rooted in service, compassion, and energetic support. My path has been shaped by early sensitivities, experiences without a mentor, and the many challenges that strengthened my understanding of who I am and who I am meant to help.
In May 2024, I completed a year of intensive training in Golden Light Healing’s Four Winds Shamanic Program, which integrates Peruvian, Native American, and Celtic shamanic traditions. Combined with my Reiki mastery, this work has opened new doors for supporting others on emotional, spiritual, and energetic levels.
My purpose is simple: to be a beacon of light in a world that often needs grounding, compassion, and connection. Through our work at Runic Apothecary, my wife and I are committed to creating a space where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and empowered to explore their own healing journey.
